ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is hiring a Picker Packer for an e-commerce operation. The job location is SPACE@TAMPINES, 18 TAMPINES INDUSTRIAL CRESCENT 528605. This is a Temporary, Contract position.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate’s primary duty is Order Fulfillment, which involves picking and packing customer orders quickly and accurately. Warehouse management tasks include opening/closing procedures and organizing goods in racks, chillers, and freezers. The role involves Inbound Logistics, specifically receiving deliveries from suppliers. The picker packer will handle delivery coordination by scheduling and working with driver partners. Inventory control responsibilities include monitoring stock aging, expiries, and temperature logs. The candidate must maintain a safe and clean environment and work with other teams for smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
Technical skills required include familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and basic reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Essential soft skills include strong communication, organizational ability, and responsibility.
Experience Needed
This role is suitable for Fresh/entry level candidates, and no experience is required. However, a preferred background includes experience in supermarket, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
Skills and Competencies
The work schedule is 44 hours a week, consisting of six 6-8 hour shifts a week. Shifts are rotating between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM. The candidate must be able to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments and commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Transport to and from work is claimable if no public transport is available.
Benefits
The salary for this position is $2,460 Monthly.
