Groceries Packer

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for a Groceries Packer to handle the packing of rice and egg products]. This is a Permanent, Full Time, Non-executive position based in the North of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on accurate packaging and maintaining food safety standards:

• Packing Operations: Sort and pack rice and eggs into bags, trays, and boxes. You will need to weigh rice and inspect items for quality, discarding any damaged products.

• Labeling & Documentation: Label packages with batch numbers and expiration dates, and ensure all packed items are logged in the inventory system.

• Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to food safety regulations (HACCP/GMP) and maintain a clean packing area. Wearing PPE is required.

• Collaboration: Work with production and logistics teams to fulfill orders on time.

Required Qualifications & Traits

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift packages weighing up to 20–25 kg].

• Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Needed

The listing requires 5 years of experience in general work. Prior experience in food packaging or warehouse operations is considered an advantage.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $2,000.
