HAL COMPLETIONS MFG PTE. LTD. is looking for a Material Coordinator / Warehouseman to manage store operations and inventory. The position is based at 11 Tuas South Avenue 12 637131. This is a Permanent, Full Time role within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses the full spectrum of warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping:

Inventory Management: Handle all goods receipts, ensure proper location of inventory within the warehouse, and manage goods issues.

Stock Control: Perform inventory control, regular reporting, and conduct monthly cycle counts to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Shipping & Receiving: Manage the receiving processes and handle shipping duties, including the accurate packing and verification of materials.

Operational Support: Work independently within a machine shop environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level or NITEC.

Certification: Must hold a valid Forklift Certificate. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Warehouse Management systems is preferred.

Attributes: Proactive, able to perform shift work, and capable of independent material verification.
Experience Needed
The role is open to candidates ranging from Fresh/entry level to Senior. However, the listing specifies a preference for 2 years of experience in material handling, receipts, and delivery.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $2,800.
