SAFFRONS RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Cleaner to maintain high hygiene standards at their Tampines location. This is a Full Time position within the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves rigorous sanitation tasks and basic food preparation support:

Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with industry hygiene codes and safety standards.

Utensil Care: Wash, disinfect, and properly store kitchen utensils and large equipment.

Food Prep Support: Assist the chef by washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients.

Floor Maintenance: Sweep, wash, and mop floors as required to keep the environment safe.

Logistics: Assist with loading and unloading kitchen deliveries and other cleaning equipment.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Physical Strength: Must be able to handle and carry large pots and assist with heavy deliveries.

Detail Oriented: Requires thoroughness and high attention to detail to meet food safety regulations.

Experience: While open to Fresh/entry level candidates, 1 year of experience in cleaning operations is preferred.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,700 to $2,000.
