NTUC FAIRPRICE CO-OPERATIVE LTD is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage store operations at specific locations including Tengah Park, Elias Mall (Pasir Ris), and Waterway Point. This is a Permanent, Non-executive role within one of Singapore’s largest retail networks.
Key Responsibilities
The supervisor is accountable for the commercial success and operational efficiency of their assigned category:

Category Management: Take responsibility for the sales and profits of a specific product category through effective product planning and allocation based on customer demand.

Stock & Presentation: Oversee inventory management and ensure the store maintains high housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of Retail Assistants to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Service Excellence: Act as a hands-on, service-oriented leader to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Education: Diploma, GCE ‘A’ level, Higher NITEC, or GCE ‘O’ level.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or sales is required.

Skills: Strong leadership abilities, independence, and the capacity to be a collaborative team player.
Working Hours & Shift Patterns
This role requires a high degree of flexibility to meet retail demands:

Schedule: 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays.

Shift A (Morning): 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM.

Shift B (Afternoon): 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM.
