FAR EAST PACKAGING INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Boilerman to oversee utility and plant equipment operations. The position is based at 18 SENOKO LOOP 758152. This is a Full Time, Non-executive role within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves the technical operation of steam systems and general plant maintenance:

Boiler Operations: Maintain maximum efficiency by interpreting gauges and steam flow meters. You will handle startup, operation, and shutdown procedures for steam boilers and thermal oil heaters.

Water Treatment: Perform chemical testing and treatment of boiler feed water, including managing chemical dosages and water softener treatments.

Utilities Management: Operate and troubleshoot critical utilities including air compressors, air driers, cooling towers, DI water plants, and fire protection systems.

Maintenance & Repair: Carry out preventive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs on pumps, valves, conveyor systems, and pipe work to minimize manufacturing downtime.

Safety & Compliance: Execute mechanical lock-outs and isolations, perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and conduct Risk Assessments.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing environment is required.

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret electronic and pneumatic controls and pressure gauges.

Supervision: Capability to supervise contractor works and ensure safe equipment handover.
Working Hours & Schedule
The role follows a specific rotating shift pattern to support production timings:

Schedule: 4 days work followed by 2 days off.

Flexibility: Must be able to work on rotating shifts and follow a duty roster.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,500 to $3,000.
