F&B Service Attendant

Marina Bay Sands PTE. LTD. is looking for a professional F&B Service Attendant to join their dining operations. While the headquarters is iconic, this specific role is listed for Ocean Financial Centre. This is a versatile role offering Full Time, Part Time, or Permanent arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

The role combines high-end service standards with operational administration:

  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and excellent service, assisting guests with requests and conducting expert suggestive and up-selling based on thorough menu knowledge.

  • Service Execution: Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.

  • Station Prep: Assist the team in setting up the restaurant and ensuring all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected before service begins.

  • Administration: Manage restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries along with other general administrative duties.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Education: Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; a Diploma is an advantage.

  • Certification: Must possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in guest service or guest contact roles, ideally within the hospitality sector.

  • Appearance: Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Flexibility: Candidates must be willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,500 to $3,200.
