Kiosk Service Crew

M & A YAKITORI OK PTE. LTD. is hiring a Kiosk Service Crew member for their outlet at Plantation Plaza. This is a Permanent, Junior Executive role that combines food preparation with retail service.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers the full daily cycle of a food kiosk, from morning preparation to evening closing:

  • Food Preparation: Handle daily opening duties including prepping BBQ items and ingredients. You will be responsible for deep-frying and grilling meat items according to standard recipes and portion control.

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

  • Transactions: Process payments via cash, cards, and digital QR methods using a POS system, ensuring all cash is handled responsibly.

  • Fulfillment & Hygiene: Pack cooked food items for handover and maintain the kiosk’s cleanliness, including the daily washing of all utensils and equipment during closing.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B or retail.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order taking and receipt issuance.

  • Attributes: Reliability in following recipes and a commitment to maintaining a well-stocked, clean environment.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Shift Pattern: This role follows a Compressed Work Schedule, which often allows for more days off in exchange for longer daily hours.

Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $2,000 to $2,600.
