🥬 General Farm Worker
SUSTENIR AGRICULTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Farm Worker to join their high-tech indoor farming operations at Sungei Tengah. This is a Full Time, Fresh/Entry Level role within a modern, controlled greenhouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on supporting the production of sustainable superfoods through structured training and daily operations:

Farming Operations: Support crop cultivation, maintenance, and the harvesting and packaging of fresh produce.

Equipment Handling: Learn to safely operate basic greenhouse tools, including irrigation and environmental control systems, under supervision.

Quality & Safety: Apply Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality output.

Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and tools in strict accordance with food safety standards.

Team Support: Assist with various farm-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Experience: No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Physicality: Ability to perform physical tasks within a greenhouse environment.

Mindset: Willingness to learn modern farming techniques and a strong attention to detail.
Working Hours & Schedule
The role requires a 5.5-day work week totaling 44 hours:

Mon – Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Exclusions: No work on public holidays.
Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,200.

Insurance: Comprehensive Group Medical Benefits, including outpatient and hospitalization coverage.
