🍢 Food Processing Worker (Central Kitchen)

BBQ & STEAMBOAT PRODUCT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Food Processing Worker for their central kitchen facility. The role is located at the Super Industrial Building in Senoko. This position is available for Full Time or Part Time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves the end-to-end processing of ingredients for BBQ and steamboat products:

• Ingredient Preparation: Execute washing, cutting, and marinating tasks according to the daily production plan.

• Storage Management: Strictly enforce zonal storage rules (chilled, frozen, and dry goods) and monitor temperature and humidity to meet food safety standards.

• Processing & Quality: Follow standardized recipes and workflows to ensure consistent taste and stable product quality.

• Cost Control: Assist in managing production costs and minimizing raw material wastage.

• Packaging: Perform final packing and sealing of food items in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: While open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates, having 1 year of experience in a similar environment is preferred.

• Language: The job description is provided in both Mandarin and English, indicating a bilingual environment.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of food manufacturing or production processes is an asset.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,000 to $2,500, depending on whether you are working part-time or full-time and your level of experience.
