ROYAL PLAZA is seeking a professional Bellman to join their team at 25 Scotts Road. This is a Full Time, Non-executive position located in the heart of the Orchard district.

Key Responsibilities

The role is essential for creating a positive first and last impression for hotel guests:

• Luggage Handling: Manage the transport of guest luggage during arrival and departure.

• Guest Orientation: Provide facilities orientation for newly arrived guests and deliver mail or parcels to rooms.

• Traffic & Logistics: Assist with directions, manage the taxi queue, and ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel’s driveway.

• Concierge Support: Provide concierge services to assist guests with their queries and needs when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Traits

• Physicality: Must be physically fit to handle frequent heavy lifting and movement of guest belongings.

• Mindset: Highly service-oriented with a commitment to professional hospitality standards.

• Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.

Working Hours & Schedule

The role requires a high degree of flexibility to support 24/7 hotel operations:

• Shifts: Ability to work 3 rotating shifts.

• Schedule: 5-day work week.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $2,300.

• Bonuses: Includes AWS (Annual Wage Supplement/13th-month bonus).
