Packer

ATAS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is hiring a Packer for their food processing facility at Senoko Food Connection. The company operates a non-pork processing facility and specifically welcomes Malay candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on accurate fulfillment and maintaining strict food safety standards:

  • Packing & Labelling: Pack products into designated packaging based on specified weights and standards, ensuring proper sealing. You will also apply labels accurately and pack items into cartons.

  • Quality Control: Inspect all products for defects, spoilage, or contamination before they are packed. All staff must follow mandatory hygiene and sanitation standards (GMP/GHP).

  • Logistics & Inventory: Assist with inventory management using system scanning (in and out) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Experience: No experience is required, though prior experience in food handling or manufacturing is a plus.

  • Certification: Having attended the WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 is an advantage.

  • Physicality: Must be able to stand for long hours and ensure high accuracy in repetitive tasks.

  • Age: Open to candidates aged 21 – 60 years old.

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Full Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Part Time: Must fulfill at least 3 working days per week with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary (Full Time): Up to $2,000 ($1,400 to $2,000 range).

  • Hourly Rate (Part Time): Up to $11 per hour.

  • Perks: Includes lunch meals provided on weekdays, employee discounts, and a competitive benefits package.
