THE MUSCLE LAB is looking for Sports Massage Therapists to join their team at outlets in the CBD and the East. This position offers diverse employment types, including Full Time, Part Time, Freelance, Temporary, or Internship.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on therapeutic recovery and client management in both clinical and event settings:

Therapy Delivery: Provide professional sports massage therapy at dedicated outlets and occasionally at sporting or corporate events.

Client Care: Manage client sessions according to the prescribed duration and training protocols while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Operational Discipline: Adhere to assigned shift timings and maintain professional standards within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory: Minimum WSQ certification in any massage course.

Preferred: Certification in Sports Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC Level 3).

Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; however, 1 year of experience is preferred. Training will be provided.

Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and the ability to work independently or within a supportive team.
Working Hours & Schedule
The Muscle Lab utilizes Creative Scheduling to accommodate various needs:
Full Time (5-Day Work Week)

Rest Days: 1 weekday off and 1 weekend off.

Shift A: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Shift B: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Part Time

Commitment: Minimum 4 days per week (4–6 hour shifts), including weekends.
Salary & Benefits

Full Time Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Part Time Pay: Based on a commission percentage.

Incentives: Performance bonuses and adherence incentives are available after 12 months of service.
