ASPIRE GLOBAL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Event Producer on behalf of a global event agency based at Battery Road. This is a Permanent, Full Time, Executive position focusing on large-scale corporate events and product activations across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
The Producer takes full ownership of the event lifecycle, from initial pitch to post-event reconciliation:

Client Partnership: Act as the primary liaison, providing strategic guidance and regular updates on scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure client goals are met.

Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent events, overseeing all logistics including venue sourcing, AV/staging, event tech, catering, and branding.

Financial Control: Build competitive budgets for proposals, monitor performance during planning, and complete final financial reconciliations.

Creative Innovation: Participate in ideation sessions for new concepts and stay updated on the latest production techniques and industry technologies.

Vendor Management: Negotiate supplier contracts and manage vendor deliverables to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Background: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in events, preferably within an agency setting.

Core Competencies: Strong command of project management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about AV setups used in professional event environments.

Global Mindset: Ability to coordinate across different time zones and a strong understanding of APAC markets, venues, and suppliers.

Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to remain composed under the high pressure of live event production.

Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this senior-level role ranges from $6,000 to $8,000.
