CANON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a professional Front Desk officer to manage their reception and concierge services. This is a Full Time, Contract position with a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

The role combines hospitality-style concierge service with corporate administrative support:

  • Reception & Concierge: Greet and welcome clients at the main reception, directing them to assigned meeting rooms and handling general enquiries from walk-ins or internal staff.

  • Resource Management: Manage and maximize meeting room bookings through the internal system and ensure all facilities, fixtures, and equipment are in proper working condition.

  • Event Support: Liaise with the Admin team to set up and turnover meeting rooms or venues before and after events, including taking and serving beverage orders.

  • Administration: Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Education: Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level passes.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight schedules.

  • Experience: The role is open to Fresh/Entry Level applicants, though 2 years of experience is listed as preferred.

  • Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary for this position ranges from $1,800 to $3,300, depending on experience.
