FOOD COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is looking for a “Kitchen Rockstar” to join the team at Tiong Bahru Bakery, one of Singapore’s most iconic homegrown brands. This role is essential to the bakery’s daily operations, ensuring the kitchen “engine” runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

The role is focused on maintaining high standards of hygiene and supporting the culinary team:

• Cleaning Operations: Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, crockery, cookware, and heavy equipment to ensure they are ready for service.

• Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict cleanliness and order in the dishwashing and back-of-house (BOH) areas, following all sanitation and food safety protocols.

• Kitchen Support: Assist the chefs and kitchen crew with basic BOH tasks when needed to help operations flow smoothly.

Required Qualifications & Traits

• Experience: While 1 year of experience is listed as preferred, the company offers structured training and welcomes candidates with no prior experience.

Working Hours & Schedule
