WEARNES AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Parts Assistant to join their automotive logistics team. As a major player in the luxury automotive retail sector, this role is essential for supporting their high-end service workshops.
Key Responsibilities
The role bridges the gap between the warehouse and the technical service team:

Parts Support: Attend to parts quotation inquiries and issue specific components to the service workshop to ensure timely vehicle repairs.

Warehouse Operations: Manage daily logistics, including receiving new shipments, binning items for storage, and picking and packing orders.

Inventory Control: Conduct regular stocktaking duties and monitor parts backorders to maintain optimal stock levels.

Administration: Handle the necessary administrative paperwork associated with parts movement and inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires at least 2 years of warehousing experience, preferably in an automotive setting.

Technical Skills: Must be computer literate. The ability to use or understand parts catalogues is considered a significant advantage.

Equipment: Candidates must be able to operate forklifts and other common warehouse equipment.

Commitment: Must be able to work on alternate Saturdays.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this full-time position ranges from $2,000 to $2,800.
