Hydroponic Farm Assistant
GREENPHYTO PTE. LTD. is an agri-tech start-up focused on smart, indoor vegetable production. Based at the Greenphyto Innovation Centre, this role supports Singapore’s “30 by 30” food security goal through high-tech automation.
What You’ll Do
As a Farm Assistant, you will work in a clean, “factory-like” indoor environment to ensure smooth daily operations:

Crop Management: Assist with the full growing cycle, including planting seeds, preparing nutrient solutions, and harvesting mature crops.

Technical Oversight: Regularly check that automated machines and hydroponic equipment are functioning properly.

Logistics & Packing: Pack and prepare orders for delivery, receive incoming supplies, and manage inventory levels.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the farm’s tidiness, handle waste appropriately, and strictly follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Education: Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.

Physicality: Must be comfortable performing physical work and operating various types of equipment.

Environment: You should be willing to work entirely indoors within a clean and highly controlled setting.
Salary & Working Hours

Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,100.

Schedule: Features Staggered Time arrangements.
