Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on guest connection and high-standard floor service:

Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests, assist with orders, and build lasting positive relationships with patrons.

Menu Expertise: Make recommendations to guests based on extensive knowledge of their Italian menu.

Floor Operations: Ensure a smooth dining experience by serving guests in a timely manner and assisting the supervisor with daily opening and closing duties.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Experience: No experience is needed; the team values a “teachable heart” and a strong work ethic.

Salary & Perks

Monthly Salary: $2,400 to $2,900.
