OVERSEAS FAMILY SCHOOL LIMITED (OFS) is seeking a dedicated Swim Coach to join their aquatics program at their Pasir Ris campus. This Full Time, Professional role is designed to support the development and competitive growth of the school’s swim team.
Key Responsibilities
The role balances active coaching with the administrative behind-the-scenes work required for a successful school sports program:

Active Coaching: Lead training sessions across various age groups, from young children to teenagers, focusing on stroke technique and competitive performance.

Team Support: Support the daily operations of the aquatics program and help foster a collaborative sports environment.

Administration: Handle the administrative responsibilities necessary for team management, event planning, and program growth.
Desired Qualifications & Attributes

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in swim coaching, ideally within a school or club setting.

Technical Certifications: Must hold relevant coaching certifications and CPR / First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain them upon hiring.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing student-athletes and coordinating with parents and staff.

Aptitude: Must be comfortable and passionate about working with children and adolescents.
Salary & Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $4,000 to $5,000.
