Suncoast Seafood is currently hiring 100 motivated individuals to join our lobster processing team in Grande-Digue. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn significant income during the season while working in a world-class production facility.

The Role at a Glance

  • Position: Lobster Processor / Fish Processing

  • Rate: $16.43 – $18.23 / hour (To be negotiated) + Overtime

  • Schedule: Seasonal, Full-time. Must be flexible for shifts (Early morning, Day, Night, Weekend, and On-call).

  • Start Date: As soon as possible.

What We Are Looking For

We value a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are a great fit if:

  • You are comfortable working in a typical seafood environment (noisy, cold, and wet/damp).

  • You are physically capable of cleaning, trimming, and removing meat from lobsters.

  • You are willing to operate processing or packaging machinery (training provided).

  • You have basic English communication skills.

  • You are legally authorized to work in Canada.
