Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring every customer finds the perfect eyewear:

Customer Advisory: Provide expert advice on spectacle lenses, frames, and related optical products to help customers make informed choices.

Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of hospitality to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Sales & KPIs: Work towards achieving individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the store’s overall sales targets.

Operations: Handle cashiering duties, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory control and stock management.

Compliance: Stay updated on product knowledge and strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications & Traits

Experience: No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, though previous retail experience is preferred.

Communication: A good command of spoken and written English is necessary to liaise with customers effectively.

Physical Stamina: Candidates must be willing to stand for long hours and work on weekends and public holidays.

Salary & Employee Benefits
