BINGO AQUATIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant who is passionate about aquatic life to join their team. This Full Time role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of specialized animal care and active retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the “expert face” of the store, guiding customers through the journey of building their own underwater ecosystems:

Customer Advisory: Assist customers in selecting fish, plants, tanks, and accessories while providing expert advice on aquatic care.

Aquarium Maintenance: Maintain the health and cleanliness of the aquatic displays, ensuring a vibrant and safe environment for all inhabitants.

Education: Teach customers about proper fish care, general tank maintenance, and the importance of monitoring water quality parameters.

Operations & Sales: Handle transactions, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising to keep the store well-stocked and tidy.
Required Qualifications & Traits

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in a similar field. While previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, the company welcomes Fresh/Entry Level candidates with the right attitude.

Passion: A genuine interest in aquariums, fish, and aquatic ecosystems.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail regarding animal welfare.

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and public holidays.
