HMLY PTE LTD is hiring a Printing Operator for their manufacturing facility in the Chin Bee/Jurong industrial area. This Full Time, Non-executive role is centered on high-quality production across multiple printing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires technical precision and the ability to manage various industrial printing methods:

Machine Operation: Operate several types of professional printing machinery, including offset, letterset, and screen printers.

Job Specification: Review client requests to define the scope and parameters of each print job, including determining the exact quantities required.

Color Matching: Perform precise color matching according to the specific job request to ensure brand and design consistency.

Reporting & Upkeep: Draft and submit daily production total reports to management while maintaining a clean and organized workspace around the machinery.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment. While previous related experience is preferred, the company is open to those who can learn quickly.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to operate or learn complex printing software and specialized machinery.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
