Key Responsibilities
The role combines technical expertise with the interpersonal skills required to manage family group dynamics:

Studio Sessions: Conduct indoor family portrait sessions, creating a relaxed atmosphere to capture natural expressions from families, including young children and pets.

Technical Management: Manage all professional equipment, including complex lighting setups, backdrops, and props. You must ensure optimal camera settings and set arrangements for every shoot.

Post-Production: Retouch, resize, and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure consistent, high-quality results that meet studio standards.

Client Service & Sales: Assist clients with photo selection and the upselling of studio products such as albums, prints, and frames.

Organization: Maintain a tidy backup of image files and ensure on-time delivery while assisting with general studio administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Senior Experience: Requires at least 8 years of experience specifically in family photography.

Software Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop with advanced retouching and photo editing skills.

Availability: Candidates must be available to work on weekends, which are the busiest periods for family studio sessions.
