Office Pantry Assistant

PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting an Office Pantry Assistant for a corporate office located near Promenade MRT. This Permanent role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming office environment and providing professional hospitality to staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

The role centers on high-quality pantry management and meeting support:

• Beverage & Snack Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors. You will also set up light snacks and beverages for meetings, conferences, and office events.

• Pantry Upkeep: Clean and sanitize the pantry area, including countertops, sinks, tables, fridges, and appliances. You are also responsible for washing, drying, and storing all cups and utensils.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of pantry supplies, notify relevant staff when items are low, and receive and organize new deliveries.

• Administrative Support: Assist with clearing up after meetings and perform simple office errands, such as posting mail or purchasing additional supplies from nearby shops.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in general work or a similar hospitality-based role.

• Language Skills: Ability to converse in simple English to interact with office staff and visitors.

• Attributes: A friendly and polite attitude is essential. Candidates should be committed, responsible, and capable of working independently while following specific instructions.

Working Hours & Location

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break).

• Location: Based at Singapore Land Tower near Raffles Place/Promenade.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,000.

• Bonus: Entitled to Variable Bonus (VB).
