SINGELEVEN PTE. LTD. is launching a brand-new Hokkien cuisine restaurant in Orchard and is looking for a dynamic front-of-house team to help build its foundation. This Permanent, Executive level role is ideal for those who want to be part of a fresh opening in a premium location.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the opening team, you will be responsible for setting the standard of service for this new concept:

  • Guest Relations: Greet and seat customers with a professional and polite demeanor, acting as the first point of contact.

  • Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure that both food and drinks are served promptly to the table.

  • Dining Excellence: Clear tables efficiently and maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.

  • Service Standards: Handle customer inquiries and requests while strictly following established service standards and workplace safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: No prior experience is required, though a background in F&B front-of-house roles is preferred. Specific knowledge of Fujian or Chinese cuisine is considered a significant advantage.

  • Soft Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and possessing a strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Attitude: A positive attitude with the ability to perform well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

  • Teamwork: Must be a harmonious team player who can follow management instructions and work schedules effectively.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $3,800.

  • Allowances: Provision of both Transport and Housing allowances.

  • Support: Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided for all new hires.
