Supply Chain Integration Manager

NESTLE SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD is seeking a high-level Supply Chain Integration Manager to lead their physical logistics operations from their regional office in Changi Business Park. This Full Time, Managerial role focuses on driving operational excellence and sustainability within the unique constraints of the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

The role is strategic and operational, covering the entire lifecycle of goods from production to final delivery:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring movements are safe, compliant, and cost-effective. You will specifically optimize limited warehouse space and manage high-performing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partnerships.

  • Cost & Strategy: Implement cross-border logistics initiatives, such as leveraging Johor Bahru (PTP) for scalable storage to mitigate Singapore’s high warehousing costs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Drive key KPIs including Cost per Case (CCU), On-Time Delivery (OTD) ≥ 98%, and inventory accuracy of ≥ 99%.

  • Sustainability & Digitalization: Lead green logistics practices to reduce CO₂ emissions and implement digital tools like Yard Management and In-Transit Visibility for transparency.

  • People Leadership: Build capabilities within a lean team, focusing on coaching, engagement, and succession planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Requires 8 to 10 years in logistics or supply chain roles, with a strong preference for the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

  • Expertise: Proven experience in small-market operations and complex cross-border logistics strategy.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of 3PL management, digital supply chain tools, and local regulatory/customs compliance.

  • Competencies: Strong “Consumer & Customer Centricity” and the ability to execute connected planning and sustainable distribution.

Salary & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $9,000 to $11,000.

  • Safety Target: Goal of Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and 100% incident reporting.
