PIZZA HUT SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its islandwide operations. This Full Time, Non-executive role is designed for leaders with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality. As a manager, you will be a key leader in ensuring Pizza Hut remains a favorite casual dining spot for families and friends.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your store, from daily operations to strategic sales growth:

Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations independently within budget. This includes overseeing high-quality food and beverage standards and maintaining store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and retain a motivated team. You are also responsible for preparing work schedules to ensure sufficient staffing across all shifts.

Sales & Marketing: Drive revenue by meeting sales targets through the effective execution of marketing strategies.

Customer Experience: Responding efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints to ensure a memorable service experience.

Inventory & Equipment: Conduct regular stock-taking activities and inspect equipment to ensure everything is in good working order.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum NITEC qualification.

Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

Entry Level: Candidates with no experience will be considered for the Trainee Manager position.

Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for F&B operations.
Salary & Employee Benefits

Monthly Salary: $3,600 to $4,200.

Sign-up Bonus: New hires may be eligible for a sign-up bonus of up to $2,000 (depending on specific terms).
