FLEXTRONICS MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support their manufacturing logistics at Changi South. This Full Time position is central to the movement and storage of critical manufacturing components.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires technical proficiency in warehouse machinery and systematic inventory management:

Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the receipt of incoming shipments by verifying goods against documentation, checking conditions, and applying labels. You will also coordinate the release of outgoing cargo to truckers and forwarders.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack parts according to pick list requirements to support production timelines.

Heavy Equipment Operation: You must be able to operate a forklift and reach truck for the efficient putaway of inventory and breakdown of bulk items.

Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts of inventories to ensure system accuracy and maintain organized storage locations.

Safety & Standards: Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and strictly adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSER) policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires at least 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably specializing in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary for documentation and inventory tracking.

Education: Open to candidates with Primary/Secondary School up to A-Levels or NiTEC.

Salary & Details
