OCEANDA HR PTE. LTD. is recruiting a highly skilled Barber on behalf of GOODAY IMPEX (1983) PTE. LTD., a well-established name located in the vibrant Little India heritage district. This Full Time / Contract role is for a seasoned professional capable of delivering a full suite of grooming services to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
The role demands mastery of traditional and modern barbering techniques combined with exceptional service:

Consultation & Styling: Welcome clients and provide professional consultations on hairstyles. Execute cuts, trims, and styling using various tools and chemical solutions.

Grooming Excellence: Provide expert shaving, trimming, and shaping of beards and mustaches. Offer additional services including hair treatments, coloring, and professional face, scalp, and neck massages.

Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to sanitization protocols by cleaning and sterilizing all instruments (combs, scissors, razors) after every use.

Leadership: Oversee and supervise apprentices and trainees, ensuring the salon’s quality standards are maintained across the team.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Requires 5 years of experience in professional barbering or hairstyling.

Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of current hairstyles, grooming trends, and the chemical properties of hair solutions.

Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining precision in work.

Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital for building a loyal client base.
Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $5,000.
