This Full Time role is an entry-level position within the education sector, focusing on the care and safety of young children without the requirement of leading a class or having prior teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
The role is centered on supporting the physical and emotional well-being of children during their daily routines:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist children with their basic needs, including bathing, changing clothes, and ensuring they are comfortable during nap times.

Supervision & Safety: Support teachers in monitoring children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and organized environment at all times.

Mealtime Assistance: Help monitor children during meals and snacks, providing the necessary assistance to ensure they eat safely and healthily.

Operational Support: Help prepare creative teaching materials and set up the classroom for various activities as guided by the lead teachers.

Emotional Support: Provide comfort and reassurance to children, responding to their needs with a patient and caring attitude.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.

Experience: Requires 1 year of experience in a similar role or general work environment.

No Qualification Needed: No prior preschool teaching qualifications are required for this assistant role.
