Key Responsibilities
The role covers a wide range of horticultural tasks designed to maintain vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces:

Plant Care & Upkeep: Perform essential maintenance such as weeding, mulching landscape beds, and fertilizing plants for healthy growth.

Trimming & Pruning: Skillfully trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees to maintain aesthetic appeal and structural health.

Planting & Replacement: Install new shrubs and flowers, and remove any dead or unwanted plant life to keep gardens looking fresh.

Irrigation & Health Monitoring: Regularly water gardens and lawns while monitoring plant health to identify and resolve issues early.

Lawn Care: Execute grass cutting and general lawn maintenance to ensure a neat and impressive landscape.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: While no experience is required (training is provided), having 2 years of experience in a similar field is an advantage.

Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle the physical demands of gardening.

Attributes: Hardworking, reliable, and possessing a willing-to-learn attitude.
Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $1,950 to $2,050.

Note: The basic salary for a “Landscape Worker” under the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) is mandated at a minimum of $1,950 as of July 2025.
