PIXIE DUST PTE. LTD. is hiring a Paediatric Staff Nurse for their family-centered clinic, Petite Practice, located in the heritage district of Joo Chiat. This Full Time professional role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to infants, children, and their families in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines skilled clinical procedures with empathetic patient communication and clinic administration:
Direct Patient Care: Perform a wide range of paediatric procedures, including vaccinations, blood taking (phlebotomy) in infants, swabs, suction, and nebulization.
Clinic Triage: Assess the urgency of incoming patients and perform initial clinical screenings to support the doctors’ consultations.
Diagnostic Support: Competently conduct specialized tests such as urine tests and skin prick tests for allergy identification.
Patient Education: Provide thorough counselling and education to parents and caregivers regarding common childhood illnesses and post-procedure care.
Clinic Operations: Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and inventory management while maintaining high standards of infection control.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Requires 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. While prior clinic experience is an advantage, it is not strictly required as training will be provided.
Attributes: A caring, professional attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable and skilled in interacting with children and anxious parents.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are required for record-keeping and clinic system operations.

Salary & Details
Monthly Salary: $3,500 to $4,300.
Location: 467C Joo Chiat Road (Katong/Joo Chiat area).
