Key Responsibilities
The role is dynamic, requiring the ability to support educators while ensuring the physical well-being of the children:

Educator Support: Assist teachers in monitoring and supervising children during classroom activities, field trips, and mealtimes. You may also monitor the class independently when the Lead Educator is attending to parents.

Routine Care: Provide essential daily care, including transitions between activities, bathing, feeding, diapering, and napping. You will be trained to follow specific steps and procedures for each routine.

Health & Hygiene: Assist in daily health checks, including visual screening and temperature taking, to ensure all children are fit for school.

Environment Maintenance: Ensure the preschool remains a clean, safe, and healthy space for children to play and learn.

Operational Versatility: Step in to perform cook or cleaner duties whenever necessary to support the centre’s smooth functioning.
