HONG FOOD ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage and grow their key accounts. Based in the Pandan Loop food industrial hub, this Full Time executive position acts as the vital link between major clients and internal production and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires a strategic balance of relationship building and meticulous order coordination:

Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. You will handle daily inquiries, provide accurate product information, and build long-term relationships to ensure client loyalty.

Order Lifecycle Coordination: Manage the end-to-end processing of client orders. This involves coordinating with sales, logistics, and production to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Proactive Problem Solving: Resolve client complaints effectively while proactively identifying potential bottlenecks in the supply chain to mitigate them before they affect the customer.

Performance Reporting: Gather client feedback and prepare regular reports on account activity and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous internal improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma in Business Management or a related field.

Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in customer service and account management.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a high level of professionalism. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.

Salary & Details

Monthly Salary: $2,800 to $3,200.
