📋 Key Responsibilities
This role requires a unique blend of physical operational support, driving, and sensitive public speaking:

Family Support & Rites: Provide comfort to bereaved families and assist them throughout various religious rites, rituals, and funeral processions. You will also be responsible for presenting eulogies across different faiths on the day of the funeral.

Dignified Logistics: Professionally collect and transport the deceased. You will also manage the transport of flowers, backdrops, and other logistics required for wake setups.

Driving Duties: Operate company vehicles, including the hearse, requiring strict adherence to safety and decorum.

Physical Operations: Assist with ash collection and the manual handling of coffins, which can weigh upwards of 80 kg.

Maintenance & Service: Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment while upholding the highest standards of service excellence and quality control.
🎓 Job Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Class 3 and/or 4 Driving License.

Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates with no prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

Language Proficiency: Must be conversant in Mandarin to effectively lead and facilitate Chinese funeral rituals.

Physical Fitness: Capable of safely lifting and carrying heavy loads (coffins over 80 kg).

The nature of the funeral industry requires high availability and a commitment to service at all hours:
