Petrol Station Manager

S E H AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD., an established retailer managing Caltex stations in Singapore for over two decades, is looking for a Petrol Station Manager. This Full Time managerial role is based at stations in the Serangoon and Hougang areas, focusing on driving sales and maintaining rigorous operational safety.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The role requires a hands-on leader to oversee the complexities of a combined fuel and retail convenience environment:

Operational Excellence: Lead daily station operations to ensure efficient fuel and retail service delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the station team to consistently achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s operational standards.
Customer Strategy: Implement strategies designed to enhance the overall customer experience, focusing on a customer-oriented service culture.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for both the convenience store and fuel supplies, coordinating timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the station operates in strict compliance with all environmental, safety, and retail regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving: Promptly resolve any operational issues that arise to ensure the station functions smoothly around the clock.

🎓 Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

Experience: Requires at least 2 years of retail experience to effectively handle sales operations and complex customer interactions.
Education: Candidates should possess an A Level, Diploma, or higher qualification to handle the administrative and operational demands of the role.
Skills: Strong team management abilities and a solid background in retail operations.
