Nanny / Babysitter / Infant Childminder / Teacher (home-based)

KIDIBLISS PTE. LTD. is seeking nurturing individuals to join their program as Infant Childminders based in their own homes in Tiong Bahru. This role is ideal for stay-at-home mothers or active caregivers who want to provide high-quality care for infants while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based professional service.

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a childminder, you are responsible for the total well-being and development of the infants under your care within your own residence:

Holistic Infant Care: Provide attentive and nurturing care, responding promptly to needs such as feeding, diapering, and comforting.
Developmental Support: Create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills through age-appropriate activities.
Safety & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including safe sleep guidelines and rigorous hygiene practices.
Parental Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding their child’s daily routines, feeding schedules, and developmental milestones.

🎓 Basic Criteria & Requirements

Environment: Must reside in at least a 3-room flat to comfortably accommodate up to three infants. Your home must be a designated “child-safe environment”.
Capacity: You must be medically fit to care for a maximum of 3 children.
Education: Minimum “O” Level or secondary school qualifications.
Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience (or experience caring for children aged 0–3 over the last 2 years).
Employment Status: You should not be engaged in other external employment, though other home-based work is permitted.

📜 Mandatory Training & Checks

Before taking in any placements, childminders must complete three specific courses (all of which can be covered by SkillsFuture Credits):

Child First Aid Course (Highly preferred if already held).
Food Safety Course.
Basic Infant Care Course (Required for those without prior certification).

Medical Check: Applicants must undergo a Pre-Employment Check-up for Childcare at SATA, costing approximately $60–$80 (self-paid).

⏰ Schedule & Location

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday).
Timing: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Location: Tiong Bahru (Your own home).
Flexibility: Options for Flexi-Hours and Telecommuting are available.
