ROLLS-ROYCE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Aerospace Technician to join their high-precision manufacturing team at Seletar Aerospace Park. This Full Time role focuses on the production of sophisticated hollow titanium fan blades, a core component of the worldโs most advanced jet engines.
๐ Key Accountabilities
Technicians at Rolls-Royce operate across various specialized zones, from cleanrooms to automated process lines:

Precision Manufacturing: Utilize hand tools, gauges, and hydraulic/pneumatic fixtures to manufacture engine components. You will also operate CNC machines, furnaces, and automated robots.

Specialized Processes: Work in a cleanroom environment to operate bonding machines and perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including X-ray, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).

Technical Compliance: Carry out the disassembly, inspection, repair, and assembly of engine modules in strict accordance with EASA/CAAS Part 145 standards and approved technical procedures.

Quality & Improvement: Read and interpret complex 3D feature drawings and technique sheets. You will also be responsible for maintaining 5S standards and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum of a NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field.

Experience: While 2 years of experience in manufacturing is listed, this role is explicitly open to recent graduates with no prior work experience.

Technical Skills: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow highly technical technique sheets.
