Beauty Salon Receptionist

EXPERT BEAUTE (PL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and well-spoken Receptionist to be the “first smile” for their customers at Westgate Mall. This role is available in both Full Time and Part Time capacities and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.

📋 Job Responsibilities

The role balances front-desk hospitality with essential administrative coordination:

Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle walk-in enquiries, and introduce salon services and promotions. You will also manage communication via phone and WhatsApp.
Appointment Coordination: Manage the daily schedule using booking apps to minimize waiting times and avoid clashes between therapist schedules. You will also handle check-ins, check-outs, and basic payment collection.
Operational Support: Maintain a presentable reception area, update customer records, and assist with simple daily closing reports regarding sales and payments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the salon manager and beauticians to ensure overall smooth operations.

🎓 Requirements

Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in reception, retail, or the beauty line. However, fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Language Skills: Good communication in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with a diverse client base.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems, WhatsApp, and booking applications.
Attributes: Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with a willingness to learn about beauty treatments.
Availability: Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays; off days will be scheduled on weekdays.

⏰ Working Hours & Benefits

Location: Westgate (Directly linked to Jurong East MRT).
Schedule: 2–5 days a week (including one weekend day), with Flexi-Hours options available.
