📋 Key Responsibilities
The role involves comprehensive cleaning duties, inventory management, and laundry support:

Room & Public Area Maintenance: Clean and tidy guest rooms, make beds, change linens, and sanitize all surfaces. You will also maintain lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.

Stock Replenishment: Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. You must report any supply shortages to the supervisor.

Laundry Support: Collect and deliver guest laundry and perform thorough counts of soiled and clean linens.

Guest Service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Reporting & Safety: Identify maintenance defects or lost and found items. You must adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

Equipment Care: Properly use and maintain cleaning tools like vacuum cleaners and report any malfunctions.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: No experience is required as this is an entry-level position; however, any prior housekeeping experience is an advantage.

The role utilizes Staggered Time and shift work to ensure 24/7 hospitality coverage:

Shift Details: Up to 3-shift rotation, with the 3rd shift ending at 10:00 PM (22:00 hrs).
