RED ARMY WATCHES PTE. LTD. (RAW) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their unconventional and welcoming retail environment. Established in 2004, RAW focuses on independent mechanical watches and prides itself on honest conversations and long-term relationships rather than hard-selling.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on building a community of watch lovers while managing daily boutique operations:

Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to help customers understand technical watch features, mechanical movements, materials, and unique brand stories.

Sales & Operations: Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining an organized environment.

Merchandising & Inventory: Assist with stock management by receiving and replenishing merchandise. You will support efforts to create attractive displays that engage customers.

Community Building: Participate in store events, product launches, and collector gatherings to enhance brand presence and build long-term relationships with enthusiasts.
🎓 Preferred Competencies

Experience: No experience is required, though prior retail sales experience is considered a “plus point”.
