đź“‹ Key Responsibilities

This high-level role provides comprehensive support to the store owner, balancing business operations with personalized client service:

  • Executive Coordination: Manage the principal’s diary, prioritizing meetings, client viewings, custom fittings, and complex travel arrangements.

  • VIP Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, coordinating private appointments and providing personalized follow-ups to maintain long-term relationships.

  • Operational & Sales Support: Track custom commissions, repairs, and production timelines by liaising with ateliers and suppliers. You will also assist with inventory tagging and reconciliation.

  • Financial & Administrative Management: Handle confidential documents, process invoices, manage expense claims, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Marketing & Events: Organize exclusive private viewings, trunk shows, and client events, managing everything from invitations to on-site logistics.

  • Confidentiality & Research: Conduct market research on jewelry trends and client backgrounds while handling all sensitive information with the utmost discretion.


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role. Experience with high-net-worth clients or knowledge of gemstones and gemology is a significant advantage.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude. Basic bookkeeping or administrative certification is preferred.

  • Mobility: A valid driving license is preferred as you may be required to run local errands or make hand deliveries of high-value items.

  • Ethics: Must maintain high integrity and security awareness when handling high-value precious metals and jewelry.


⏰ Working Conditions & Location

  • Work Site: Hybrid role based at 9 Dunlop Street, with occasional out-of-office tasks and vendor visits.

  • Schedule: Variable working hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate private client events and appointments.

  • Flexible Contracts: This position is open to various arrangements including Permanent, Full Time, Contract, or Part Time.

  • Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $6,000.

  • Position Level: Senior Management support.
