Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

ADABA PTE. LTD. is recruiting a highly skilled FP&A Manager for a leading MedTech Contract Manufacturing firm. Based in the heart of the CBD at International Plaza, this Full Time role reports directly to the Financial Controller and is pivotal in driving the strategic financial direction of the company.

📋 Key Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager serves as a strategic partner to the business, turning complex data into actionable insights:

Budgeting & Goal Setting: Partner with various Heads of Departments to develop comprehensive annual budgets and establish clear operational goals.
Advanced Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that track revenue and cost drivers for major accounts, including new business ventures and specialized projects.
Variance Analysis: Conduct deep dives into discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted figures, offering strategies to bridge gaps and hit targets.
Growth & Efficiency: Perform rigorous quantitative analyses to identify new growth opportunities, optimize cost efficiencies, and mitigate financial risks.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare high-level materials for management and board meetings. You will also work with the finance team to generate investor reports that inform critical business judgments.
Process Innovation: Participate in the design and implementation of new financial tools and processes to enhance the quality of decision-making data.

🎓 Profile of the Ideal Candidate

Education: A Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance.
Experience: Requires 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in FP&A.
Sector Knowledge: Experience within banking, finance, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of financial modeling, budgeting, and accounting operations.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably engage with both internal management and external investors.
