The Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board is looking for analytical and dedicated Investigation Officers to join their enforcement team at Novena Square. 📋 What You Will Be Working On
As an Investigation Officer, you are responsible for ensuring employers comply with the CPF Act through thorough and impartial investigations:

Enforcement & Recovery: Take proactive enforcement or prosecution actions to recover mandatory CPF contributions from employers for their employees.

Evidence Gathering: Interview employers and employees and record formal statements to establish facts and determine compliance.

Case Management: Follow up on formal reports lodged by employees regarding late or non-payment of contributions.

Field Work: Conduct site visits to workplaces to facilitate active investigations and verify employment records.
🎓 What We Are Looking For

Experience: Relevant experience in investigative work, compliance, or enforcement is preferred.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analytics and automation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Python is considered an advantage.
