Barista

The American Club is seeking a skilled and hospitality-focused Barista to join their team at Scotts Road. This role is perfect for a coffee professional who takes pride in their craft and enjoys engaging with members in a premium club environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will be the heart of the café, ensuring every cup meets high-quality standards:

Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve premium coffee and specialty beverages, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Latte Art: Create visually appealing drinks, including high-standard latte art, to enhance the member experience.
Member Engagement: Provide friendly and personalized service, using your interpersonal skills to build rapport with Club members.
Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary coffee station. You will also monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary.
Operational Duties: Accurately handle cash register and Point-of-Sale (POS) operations.

🎓 Job Requirements

Experience: Requires 3 years of experience in a similar F&B role.
Technical Skills: Must be skilled in latte art, drink presentation, and possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Soft Skills: A warm, welcoming approach with a hospitality-focused mindset.
Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays. Notably, there are no midnight shifts.
