KEPPEL CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Part-time Admin Assistant to join their finance team at HarbourFront. This Temporary role is ideal for individuals looking for corporate experience in a professional, fast-paced environment at the iconic Keppel Bay Tower.


📋 Key Responsibilities

You will provide essential support to the finance department, ensuring smooth administrative and financial workflows:

  • Document & Payment Management: Handle the collection, distribution, and banking of check payments. This includes physical trips to relevant banks for deposits.

  • Digital & Physical Filing: Scan and e-file confidential documents, manage courier arrangements, and coordinate with internal approvers for necessary signatures.

  • Accounts Support: Collate invoices, upload supporting evidence for monthly accounts closing, and download bank statements for the finance team.

  • Compliance & Audit: Assist in collating documents for compliance audits and facilitate administrative changes to bank account signatories.

  • General Admin: Provide general secretarial support and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the finance manager.


🎓 Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.

  • Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in administrative duties.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Soft Skills: Meticulous with strong organizational skills, high initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Attributes: Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.


💰 Salary & Details

  • Monthly Salary: $1,200 to $1,500.
