SCAFFOLDER

NRS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is recruiting experienced Scaffolders on behalf of HASHI MARINE SERVICE PTE. LTD.. Based in Kranji, this Full Time role is critical for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of scaffolding systems within the building and construction sector.

📋 Key Responsibilities

This role involves a mix of hands-on technical work and on-site supervision:

Scaffold Operations: Lead the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures strictly according to approved designs and specifications.
Supervision & Leadership: Coordinate daily tasks for the scaffolding team, monitor progress to ensure timely completion, and ensure all workers are equipped with proper safety gear.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Inspection & Certification: Perform daily integrity checks on structures. You are responsible for issuing and maintaining scaffold tags and certifications to verify safety status.
Reporting & Logistics: Prepare daily progress reports, document any safety incidents or near-misses, and track the inventory of materials and tools.
Mentorship: Train team members on proper techniques and provide guidance on new equipment or regulatory changes.

🎓 Requirements

Certification: Must have completed a recognized Construction Site Supervisor course.
Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in building and construction.
Language & Leadership: Ability to understand and speak English with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle the rigorous manual demands of scaffolding work.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of local safety regulations and industry standards.
