SINGAPORE GENERAL HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous Medical Laboratory Technologist specializing in Cytology to join their diagnostic team at Outram Community Hospital. This Contract, Full-Time position is critical for the early detection of diseases and cancers through the microscopic examination of cellular samples.
📋 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and analysis of human tissue and fluid samples:

Specimen Processing: Receive and prepare patient specimens for microscopic evaluation. This includes performing specialized investigations and assisting in the preparation of various growth media.

Laboratory Testing: Execute complex laboratory tests on patient samples with a high degree of technical precision.

Quality Assurance: Conduct ongoing quality control (QC) checks to ensure that all diagnostic results are both precise and accurate, adhering to strict clinical standards.
🎓 Job Requirements

Education: Must possess a Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or an equivalent scientific qualification.

Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
